Q2) Is the Eclipse 5 FAA approved?
Answer : Yes, the Eclipse 5 is FAA-approved and can be used on board commercial flights. However, some airlines may require passengers to submit a Medical Information Form (MEDIF) at least 7 days prior to departure. Additionally, passengers should ensure they bring enough batteries to cover 150% of the flight duration.

We have ventilators which are able to support the following ventilation modes :
| AC-VC | Assist Control (Volume Control) mode provides volume-controlled mandatory or assist-control breaths. The set inspiratory time applies to all breaths. |
| A/C – PC | Assist Control (Pressure Control) mode provides pressure-controlled mandatory or assist-control breaths. The set inspiratory time applies to all breaths. |
| PSV | Pressure Support Ventilation mode is patient-triggered, pressure-limited, and flow-cycled. The patient determines the breath rate and timing so it is recommended to set back-up ventilation. |
| S/T | Spontaneous/Timed is a bi-level therapy mode where each breath is patient-triggered and patient-cycled, or ventilator-triggered and ventilator-cycled |
| CPAP | In Continuous Positive Airway Pressure mode, all breaths are spontaneous with the CPAP set pressure delivered in both inhalation and exhalation. |
| Sigh | Sigh volume can be set between 1.5 – 2.5 times the set volume and the frequency between 50 – 250 breaths. |
| HFNC | High Flow Nasal Cannula is an oxygen supply system capable of delivering up to 100% humidified and heated oxygen at a flow rate up to 60 LPM. |
Do I still need Oxygen if I rent a ventilator ?
Answer : In most cases, patients on ventilators will still require oxygen support. While the ventilator assists or takes over breathing, additional oxygen is often needed to maintain adequate oxygen levels, depending on the patient’s condition.
Can I use the ventilator 24/7 ?
Answer : Yes, our portable life-support ventilators are designed for continuous 24/7 use, similar to those used in hospital intensive care units (ICU).
Do you have ambulances to transport my family members back home ?

Syringe and/or Infusion pumps
Require an IV infusion pump to deliver medication to the patient in a controlled manner?
At 1 ALO Medical Holdings P/L , we provide rental services for syringe and IV infusion pumps to perform delivery of medication for multi-therapy treatments such as PCA , TPN and continuous drug administration.
What brands of syringe or Infusion pump do you provide ?
Answer : We provide a range of infusion and syringe pumps which includes Bbraun , Agilia and Mindray pumps
Do you provide IV stands ?
Answer : Yes , the IV infusion pump and/or syringe pump are able to be mounted onto the IV stand which can be rented from us, at an additional cost.
What is the information required when renting the infusion or syringe pump?
Answer : It is important to work with your healthcare provider on the flow rate or duration the patient requires. Alternatively , you may contact our helpline at 6100 3686 for our medical specialist to speak to your healthcare provider to set the flow rate.
